About the Role

Creative Support is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Crisis and Recovery Support Worker. In this role, you will provide person-centred support to individuals experiencing mental health crises in Liverpool City Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide practical and emotional support to service users in crisis, promoting their independence and confidence.
  • Work collaboratively with service users to identify and access opportunities for growth and development.
  • Deliver recovery-focused support, aligned with individual support and risk management plans.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service that maximises outcomes for service users.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience working with individuals with mental health needs.
  • A warm and person-centred approach, with the ability to work in high-pressure situations.
  • A clean driving licence and access to a car (desirable).
