About the Role

Creative Support is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Crisis and Recovery Support Worker. As a key member of our crisis prevention service, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to individuals experiencing mental health crises in Liverpool City Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide practical and emotional support to service users in crisis, promoting their independence and confidence.
  • Identify and access opportunities for service users to gain independence and confidence, working in a recovery-focused way.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to provide a coordinated service that maximises outcomes for service users.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with experience of working with people with mental health needs, who possesses a warm personality and can work in a person-centred way, even in high-stress circumstances. A clean driving licence and access to a car are beneficial.
