Your expertise and guidance will help shape our services, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our service users. You will work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement strategies that promote the well-being and safety of our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional care and support.
  • Guide and support your team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies that promote the well-being and safety of our service users.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as social work or education.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a residential care setting.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits

This role comes with a competitive salary package, including:

  • £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
  • An additional £6,000 - £12,000 bonus, dependent on performance.
  • Pension scheme and life assurance.
  • 25 days annual leave, increasing to 30 days after five years of service.
  • Flexible working arrangements, including remote working options.
