Position Overview:
We are in search of proficient and experienced Security Systems Service Engineers to enhance our London-based service team.

With multiple openings available, we invite applications from candidates at various experience levels, whether you are embarking on your career or possess extensive industry knowledge.


Core Responsibilities:

Field Engineering:


Your role will involve visiting client locations throughout London to perform maintenance, servicing, customer support, and training on Intruder Alarm, Intercom, CCTV, and Access Control systems.


Technical Proficiency:


Your comprehensive knowledge of commonly utilized hardware and software will be vital in ensuring the seamless operation and integration of our security systems, especially in relation to IT networks.


Client Interaction & Consultation:


You will offer technical assistance during client consultations and contribute to the design of new systems, leveraging your expertise to recommend and implement security solutions.


Assessment & Recommendations:
You will evaluate client requirements, suggest improvements, and work closely with colleagues to execute these enhancements.

With a call-out rota of 1 in 12 weeks and the flexibility to choose your overtime, you can maintain a healthy work-life balance.


Qualifications & Skills:


We are looking for engineers with varying levels of experience, from those just starting out to seasoned professionals ready to take charge.

A solid foundation in Intruder Alarm, Intercom, CCTV, and Access Control systems is essential. Familiarity with Gallagher, Genetec, Lenel, or C-cure is advantageous. Strong hands-on engineering skills with an emphasis on on-site service delivery are required. The ability to integrate security systems with IT networks is crucial. Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members. Relevant certifications such as ECS Card, IPAF, PASMA, Asbestos awareness, or Tavcom training are beneficial.
