Position Overview:
We are in search of proficient and experienced Technical Service Engineers to enhance our London-based service department.

Core Responsibilities:

Field Engineering:


Your role will involve visiting client locations across London to perform servicing, maintenance, customer support, and training on Intruder Alarm, Intercom, CCTV, and Access Control systems.


Technical Proficiency:


Your comprehensive knowledge of commonly utilized hardware and software will be vital in ensuring the effective operation and integration of our security systems, especially with IT networks.


Client Engagement & Sales Support:


You will provide technical assistance during client consultations and contribute to the design of new systems, leveraging your expertise to recommend and implement security solutions.


Consultative Approach:
You will evaluate client requirements, suggest improvements, and work closely with colleagues to execute these recommendations.

Flexible Work Arrangements:

With a 1 in 12-week call-out rotation and the flexibility to take on as much or as little overtime as desired, you will benefit from a well-balanced work-life dynamic.


Qualifications & Skills:


We are looking for engineers of all experience levels, whether you are a junior eager to develop or a senior engineer ready to take charge.

A solid foundation in Intruder Alarm, Intercom, CCTV, and Access Control systems is essential. Familiarity with Gallagher, Genetec, Lenel, or C-cure would be advantageous. Strong practical engineering skills with an emphasis on on-site service delivery. The capability to integrate security systems with IT networks. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues. Relevant certifications such as ECS Card, IPAF, PASMA, Asbestos awareness, or Tavcom training are a plus.
