Field Engineering:


Your role will involve visiting client locations to perform servicing, maintenance, customer support, and training on Intruder Alarm, Intercom, CCTV, and Access Control systems.


Technical Proficiency:


Your comprehensive knowledge of commonly utilized hardware and software will be essential for ensuring the optimal functionality and integration of our security systems, particularly within IT networks.


Client Engagement & Consultation:


You will provide technical insights during client interactions and assist in the design of new systems, leveraging your expertise to recommend and implement security solutions.


Assessment & Recommendations:
You will evaluate client requirements, suggest improvements, and work closely with team members to execute these enhancements.

With a call-out rota of 1 in 12 weeks and the flexibility to take on as much or as little overtime as you prefer, you will achieve a harmonious work-life balance.


Qualifications & Skills:


We are looking for engineers with varying levels of experience, whether you are a novice eager to learn or a seasoned professional ready to take charge.

A solid foundation in Intruder Alarm, Intercom, CCTV, and Access Control systems is crucial. Familiarity with Gallagher, Genetec, Lenel, or C-cure is advantageous. Strong hands-on engineering capabilities with an emphasis on on-site service delivery. The ability to integrate security systems with IT networks. Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with clients and colleagues. Relevant certifications such as ECS Card, IPAF, PASMA, Asbestos awareness, or Tavcom training are beneficial.
