**About First Rail**

We are recruiting for a Talent Pool of Qualified Train Drivers who want to deliver a high-quality rail service across the GWR network.

Our Qualified Train Drivers play a crucial role in setting a new standard for rail, focused on creating a relaxed, fast, efficient, and fun experience for our passengers. With competitive pay of around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional customer service while prioritizing safety above all else.

We pride ourselves on both Safety and Customer services and are looking for people with excellent Safety Critical records, who enjoy being part of a team. You must live within 60 minutes commuting distance of the depot for safety reasons and be able to arrive for a variety of shifts, including weekends and nights, which will have varying start and finish times.
