We are seeking a seasoned Railway Industry Executive Leader to join our team as a Heavy Maintenance Manager based in the Bristol depot. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful mobilisation, deployment, and commercial delivery of our heavy maintenance projects. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £**55,000 - £65,000 per annum**, along with additional benefits including pension, healthcare cover, life cover, Arriva Travel Pass, Cycle to Work scheme, and Arriva Village retailer discount scheme.

Role Overview:

This is a permanent contract with 5 hours per week. As a Heavy Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality overhaul, maintenance, and servicing of passenger rolling stock, locomotives, freight wagons, and track plant. You will also be required to recruit and develop Project Managers, Engineers, and Planners to support projects.

  • Undertake and complete annual Performance Development Reviews
