Food Service Manager

About the Role:
- Develop and manage a varied and nutritious menu, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are catered for.
- Lead and train the kitchen team, providing guidance on food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Manage all necessary paperwork, including COSHH and HACCP guidelines, company policies, and budgets.
- Cater for special events and seasonal activities, such as summer fetes, Christmas parties, and birthdays.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
A passion for cooking and previous experience working in a fresh food kitchen, along with relevant hygiene certificates. You'll be a natural leader, open to new ideas, with an innovative approach to cooking. You'll also enjoy mentoring and supporting others, and cherish the little moments with our residents, sharing your love of food with them.
