Production Operative Role at KP Snacks

KP Snacks is a leading manufacturer of savoury snacks, operating globally with a strong presence in Europe, Australia, and beyond. We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Production Operatives to join our team at our Leominster factory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a variety of factory skills safely and efficiently, using complex equipment to maintain high production levels
  • Operate the line (packing or process), complete daily routines, perform checks, and report defects
  • Work effectively within a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or the food industry (highly desirable)
  • Level 2 in Food Safety for Manufacturing (desirable, although bespoke training is provided)
  • A good standard of literacy and numeracy in English
  • The ability to take ownership and accountability, multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative

Working Hours:

4 on 4 off days and nights, 12-hour shifts, 6-6. You will work 4 dayshifts (6am-6pm), 4 days off, and then 4 nightshifts (6pm-6am). Due to our idyllic, rural location, you will need your own transport.
