About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, including labor, food, and stock expenses. Your expertise will ensure that our food and service standards are of the highest quality, meeting the needs of our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the replenishment of food and the dismantling of work areas at the end of service.
  • Develop, mentor, and inspire the kitchen team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Control the complete catering operation, including labor, food, and stock expenses.
  • Ensure uniformity in food and service standards provided to clients and customers.
Requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence required for this position and own vehicle required for this role.
  • Previous staff supervision experience or line management experience.
  • Experience working with fresh produce and ingredients.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Hold basic food handling skills certification.
