The Role of Territory Sales Manager

This Territory Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving share of market growth, volume, and brand activations in independent retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building close partnerships with independent retailers to drive sales of nicotine-based products
  • Achieving monthly sales targets
  • Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times and implementing effective account management strategies
  • Ownership of territory planning and management
  • Driving non-combustible categories to ensure BAT brands achieve market-leading status in stores
  • Working with leading brands such as Vuse, Glo, and Velo

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A full clean driving license
  • Experience within B2B or B2C sales positions
  • An outgoing and positive personality, excellent communicator able to influence others
  • A great team player but also able to work independently and effectively
  • The ability to manage time and priorities to ensure maximum productivity
  • A strong will to succeed with the ability to self-track targets
  • Basic use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook)

What We Offer

We offer a competitive base salary of £34,722, with a bonus of up to 30% available upon achieving targets. Additionally, we provide:
