Family Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Family Support Professional. This exciting role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children, young people, and families in Wakefield.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support the delivery of the Early Help Offer for families, adopting a whole family, strengths-based approach to reduce risk, increase resilience, and improve outcomes for children.
Key responsibilities include working with individuals, parents, children, and young people with complex needs and risk, and supporting the development of services to meet their needs.
Requirements- NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in a relevant field
- Full driving licence (unless unable to drive through disability)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and generous annual leave.
