We are Moston, a dynamic company seeking an experienced Enterprise Growth Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on expanding our presence within key market sectors and contributing to the company's long-term growth strategy.

**Job Summary:**

As an Enterprise Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities while ensuring client requirements are met without compromising our high standards of service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Drive Sales Growth:
  • Dedicate efforts to exceeding sales targets by identifying, negotiating, and closing new business deals, focusing on agreed market sectors.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients, delivering exceptional post-sale support and establishing mutual trust and confidence.
  1. Pipeline Development:
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities by exploring untapped markets and expanding within existing ones.
  1. Innovative Growth Strategies:
  • Develop creative approaches to uncover new revenue streams and drive business development.
  1. Bid & Proposal Management:
  • Oversee the preparation of high-quality sales and tender documents, collaborating with internal teams to deliver compelling proposals.
  1. Brand Representation:
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and high-profile meetings, maintaining a professional image.
  1. Market Awareness:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to ensure a competitive edge.
  1. Internal Collaboration:
  • Maintain open communication with the leadership team, keeping them informed about sales progress and business opportunities.
  1. Contract Documentation:
  • Accurately record and document tenders, contracts, and re-bids, addressing pre-qualification questionnaires promptly and professionally.
  1. Support Existing Contracts:
  • Assist in contract variations and re-bid processes for current clients to ensure continued satisfaction and retention.

**Requirements:**

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Demonstrated success in sales or business development within a relevant sector.
  • A proven ability to craft exceptional sales proposals and deliver engaging presentations.
  • Experience managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and operational teams.

**What We Offer:**

An estimated salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits that include flexible working hours and a comprehensive training program.
