About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Plus One Recruitment. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth and revenue through the development of strong relationships with clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, and successfully convert them into sales.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to existing and prospective clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, demonstrating a strong understanding of the company's sales strategy and goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
  • Provide timely and informative sales reports to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
  • Adhere to sales standards and consistently meet SMART objectives, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and professionalism.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our services.
  • Embody the company's mission, values, and guidelines, and promote a positive and supportive team culture.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously develop and enhance sales techniques and skills.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service, particularly in business-to-business or telesales environments.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and KPIs, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and other sales tools, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a high-quality experience for clients and prospects.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.
