Role Overview

Rapport Guest Services is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Hospitality Club Host. This role will involve providing exceptional guest experiences, arranging catering, and ensuring seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries and manage the booking process with a focus on delivering a memorable customer experience.
  • Coordinate catering delivery to meeting rooms and events spaces, maintaining a detailed log of booking inquiries and feedback.
  • Assist guests with AV connections and be available to resolve any technical issues.
  • Welcome guests, provide tours, and ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The Ideal Candidate

We encourage our Rapport Ambassadors to bring their unique personalities to work, while demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have hospitality or restaurant experience, with the ability to work proactively in a small team and maintain a high level of organization.

This role requires flexibility, as you will be working in our offices at Paddington and Liverpool Street as needed.
