We are looking for a skilled Delta Hotels by Marriott Host to provide exceptional guest experiences at our hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a seamless travel experience for our guests, ensuring that every detail is taken care of to make their stay with us truly unforgettable.

About the Role:

As a Delta Hotels by Marriott Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, greeting them warmly and making them feel welcome. You will be responsible for determining the number of guests in their party, seating them, and providing any necessary assistance throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and determine the number in their party.
• Seat guests by finding a clean, available table; pulling out chairs; placing clean/current menu in front of guest, etc.
• Guide guests through the dining rooms and provide any needed assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
