At Signature Career Management, we are seeking a highly ambitious and results-driven National Account Manager to join our team in London. As an NAE/Junior NAM, you will have the opportunity to develop your sales career in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts in Grocery and E-commerce, with a focus on driving sales growth and improving profitability.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing account management strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability in Grocery and E-commerce channels.
  • Supporting the development of channel strategy across Grocery and E-commerce.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Category, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service, to achieve sales goals.
  • Regularly forecasting, tracking, analyzing, and reporting sales performance.
  • Building strong relationships with key industry contacts and stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a National Account Executive or Junior National Account Manager, preferably in FMCG.
  • Experience managing P&Ls, ideally in Retailer environments, such as Grocery or Convenience.
  • A high energy level, no ego, positivity, and a glass-half-full attitude.
  • Strong numerical skills and confidence in influencing change.
  • The ability to commute into central London two days a week.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits that reflect our commitment to our employees' careers and well-being.
