About the Role

We are seeking a Youth Team Development Manager to join our team at Sja's West. As a key member of our community engagement programme, you will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that support the growth and development of young people in our area.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth teams and a proven track record of delivering successful programmes. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, volunteers, and young people.
