We are looking for a Volunteer Engagement Specialist to lead the recruitment and retention of volunteers for our sexual health service. As part of this team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective volunteer management strategies, providing onboarding and training, and coordinating volunteer activities. Your exceptional leadership and communication skills will ensure that our volunteers feel valued and supported throughout their engagement.
