Job Title: Volunteer Coordinator

At ExtraCare Charitable Trust, we are seeking a skilled Volunteer Coordinator to join our team at New Oscott Retirement Village in Birmingham. This part-time role offers an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of older people.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the recruitment, retention, and recognition of volunteers within and outside the Village. They will also develop partnerships with external organisations, such as universities, colleges, and local volunteer centres.

This role requires strong networking skills and flexibility, as it involves working on a rota basis, including some weekends and Bank holidays. In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £56 per hour (approximately £98,823 per annum) and a range of benefits, including 33 days annual leave, free life insurance, and enhanced maternity & paternity allowance.
