Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at AMETEK. As a key member of our global business operations, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and driving customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • You will be the primary point of contact for assigned customers, owning the customer relationship and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Proactively communicate with customers to identify and address potential issues, opportunities, and concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong internal relationships with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Manage order entry, acknowledgement, and tracking, including the use of customer demand portals.
  • Work closely with customers to maximize order placement and achieve budgeted sales targets.
  • Provide weekly status reports to assigned customers on open orders and action items.
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee bi-annual Customer Satisfaction Process surveys for assigned customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, driving excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Ability to proactively communicate with customers and manage relationships.
  • Experience working with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Able to prioritize job requirements and manage self-planning and coordination.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.

  • A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum.
