About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Administrative Support Coordinator. In this role, you will provide vital support to our service, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • You will be the first point of contact for our service users, outside agencies, and CGL staff, handling telephone calls and visits in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • As part of your duties, you will process correspondence and data entry, maintain accurate records, and ensure that all communication within the project is well-maintained.
  • Minute-taking experience would be an advantage, but training will be provided if needed.
  • You will work closely with the team to ensure that administrative tasks are prioritized and deadlines are met.
  • We are looking for someone who has strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to respond to requests for assistance while maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and the ability to take responsibility for their own personal development.

About You:

We are looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask. If you are highly organized and have strong interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you.

  • Your knowledge of general office procedures will enable you to hit the ground running.
  • You will be proficient in MS applications, including Word and Excel, and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Able to work flexibly as part of a team, you will be confident in your ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.

What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience), 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, flexible working arrangements, and a contributory pension scheme.
