Job Title: Part Time Administration Assistant - Fleet Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Part Time Administration Assistant to join our team within the truck and trailer sector. As a key member of our fleet operations team, you will be responsible for managing fleet operations and branch administration, coordinating MOT test schedules and maintenance programs, and organizing the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers and branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage fleet operations and branch administration
- Coordinate MOT test schedules and maintenance programs
- Organize the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers and branches
- Support the team with other general administrative tasks
Requirements:
- A confident communicator with excellent telephone skills
- Strong administrative abilities
- PC literacy and adaptability across tasks
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Right to Work in the UK
- A clean driving license (desirable)
