Job Overview

Kings Camps is a leading not-for-profit organisation offering sports and activity day camps at over 50 UK locations. We are seeking an experienced Swimming Coach for Children to join our team.


About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching children water confidence and swimming techniques. As a Part Time Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging 30-45 minute sessions with mixed ability groups aged between 5-17.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver bespoke swimming lessons to children of all abilities
  • Work alongside a like-minded team to ensure the welfare of children is paramount at all times
  • Supervise children during their lunch breaks, participating in swimming sessions, and overseeing safe use of equipment

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An up-to-date SEQ Level 2 or STA Level 2 certification
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching or mentoring younger individuals
  • A collaborative attitude, comfortable with rotating duties and forming positive relationships with both children and staff
