Job Description:

This role involves working as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service, support the Team Leader and Business Services Manager, and manage services efficiently. The successful candidate will have experience working with Microsoft Office programs, excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage workflow across multiple service areas
  • Ensure timely achievement and continuous improvement of service levels
  • Regularly review services to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain stationery, facilities, and equipment in good condition
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and site initiatives as assigned
  • Contribute to health and safety audits and ensure compliance
  • Support sustainability and paper-lite initiatives
  • Greet visitors and interact with colleagues professionally
  • Arrange hospitality and room bookings, including setup
  • Supervise events, manage coffee machines, and report trends
  • Deliver excellent file management services and sort mail
  • Provide photocopying, scanning, and printing as needed
  • Collect data for billing and client chargeback purposes
  • Complete extensive computer and data-related tasks

Estimated Salary: £26,000 per annum, based on location and job requirements.
