Job Description

A dedicated Luxury Guest Service Professional is required to join the Rooms Department at Raffles London at The OWO. Under the supervision of the Front Office Manager, you will focus on delivering personalized guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service quality.

This role demands a strong understanding of luxury hospitality operations and excellent interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with guests. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional guest experiences, adhering to LQA and Forbes standards.
  • Managing guest complaints and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Staying up-to-date with hotel operations and events to provide informed responses to guest inquiries.

Salary Information
