We are looking for a seasoned Rooms Department Lead to join our team at Accor Hotels' premium-scale resort in Lombok. This individual will play a critical role in driving guest satisfaction and loyalty while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of the Reservations office.

About the Role:

The Rooms Department Lead will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of new rate offers, ensuring smooth shift changes, and responding to inquiries about hotel products and services. They will also maintain complete knowledge of all food & beverage services and hotel services/features to promote them effectively.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct performance reviews with the team and provide feedback for growth and development.
  • Prepare weekly staff schedules taking into account anticipated business, operating budgets, and standards of service.

Requirements:

The successful candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity or in the area of guest services/telemarketing. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
