We are seeking a skilled Forensic Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with complex and challenging patients in a low secure unit setting.

As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing professionals and contributing to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care and treatment for individuals with mental health problems.

The successful candidate will have first-rate clinical skills and knowledge, as well as a calm and reflective nature, enabling them to offer leadership and containment to the ward.

This is a dynamic and creative role that requires a positive "can do" attitude and the ability to develop your own practice and support others to develop theirs.
