Guiding Children Through Learning

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Mentor to join our team in South Birmingham. As a Learning Mentor, you will play a crucial role in guiding children through their learning and supporting them to reach their full potential.
Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to support students with challenging behaviour, working closely with teachers and SLT members to achieve progression and success, and mediating difficult conversations. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with parents and external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with mixed-ability children across all school years and make a positive impact on their lives. We offer competitive rates of pay (£29,000 - £34,000 per annum), a great support network, and a pleasant working environment.
