**Job Summary**

Venn Group is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Case Advisor to join our team for a 3-4 month cover. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters
  • Managing employee relations cases, including investigations and disciplinary procedures
  • Developing and implementing employee relations policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve employee relations issues
  • Providing training and support to employees on employee relations matters

Requirements:

  • Employee Relations Case Management experience in an NHS or healthcare setting
  • Immediate availability to start (or less than 2 weeks' notice period)
  • Pay range: £20-£23.53 per hour, hours: 37.5 per week
