About the Role:

Brown & Brown is seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to join their team in Ipswich. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their insurance needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in insurance sales or account management, preferably in a commercial insurance setting.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services, including commercial insurance policies and risk management strategies.
