About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Global Insurance Account Manager to join our team at WTW. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of global insurance policies and administrative functions within a specialized Client Insurance Team serving one of our largest global clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and guidance on their insurance needs.
- Collaborate effectively with key market contacts, including brokers and internal teams, to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
- Lead the end-to-end client service process, adhering to established policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Stay current on industry best practices and regulatory changes through ongoing training and professional development.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across WTW, including network offices and global teams.
