Job Title: Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our team at WTW. As a key member of our Global Asset Protection (GAP) team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and managing a portfolio of high net worth individuals and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring retention and account development targets are met.
  • Provide expert advice on insurance products and services, ensuring clients have the right cover in place.
  • Negotiate with insurers to secure favourable terms and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of service and settlement of accounts.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the Private Client sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to analyse situations and provide optimum solutions for clients.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and managing client relationships.
