Account Manager Private Clients

As a key member of our Global Asset Protection team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service to high net worth individuals and corporate clients. Your expertise will be essential in analysing client needs and providing tailored insurance solutions to meet their demands.

The Role

Reporting to the Client Account Management Leader, you will be part of a dynamic team of Account Managers, responsible for a portfolio of clients with a focus on retention and account development. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a high level of customer service and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and ensuring these are fulfilled.
  • Day-to-day client service, answering queries received directly from clients, providing advice on scenarios applied across entire insurance portfolio.
  • Arranging additions/deletions of cover as required by clients.
  • Preparing London market broking documentation, including insurance market presentations and use of Willis systems and documentation.
  • Negotiating favourable terms with insurers, whether on your own or working with an Account Executive.
  • Ensuring client retention targets are met, cross-sell and up-sell opportunities are fulfilled.
  • Encouraging new business referrals and recommendations from existing clients.
  • Operating within business procedures and requirements, applying FCA operating principles and Treating Customers Fairly.
  • Managing and controlling workflows, team working to ensure these are kept up to date.
  • Collaborating with our Mumbai and A&S teams to ensure timely delivery of service and settlement of accounts.
