The RoleReporting to the Client Account Management Leader, you will be part of a dynamic team of Account Managers, responsible for a portfolio of clients with a focus on retention and account development. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing a high level of customer service and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and ensuring these are fulfilled.
- Day-to-day client service, including answering queries, providing advice on insurance scenarios, and arranging additions/deletions of cover as required.
- Preparing London market broking documentation and negotiating favourable terms with insurers.
- Ensuring client retention targets are met, identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and encouraging new business referrals.
- Operating within business procedures and requirements, adhering to FCA operating principles and Treating Customers Fairly.
- Managing and controlling workflows, working collaboratively with our Mumbai and A&S teams to ensure timely delivery of service and settlement of accounts.
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and a strong understanding of the Private Client sector. If you have a minimum of 5 years' experience and a passion for delivering high-quality results, we would love to hear from you.
