Account Manager Private Clients

As a key member of our Global Asset Protection (GAP) team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our high net worth individual clients. These include corporate decision makers, members of the Sunday Times 'Rich List', and public figures. Our service is confidential and of the highest standard.

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. You will have a proven track record of delivering outstanding client service, with the ability to analyse complex situations and provide tailored solutions. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the Private Client sector.

The Role

Reporting to the Client Account Management Leader, you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients, with accountability for retention and account development. You will manage and develop existing client relationships, providing expert advice and subject matter expertise to deliver a class-leading service. Your goal will be to ensure that our clients have the right insurances in place to meet their demands and needs.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and ensuring they are fulfilled.
  • Provide day-to-day client service, answering queries and offering advice on insurance scenarios.
  • Arrange additions and deletions of cover as required by clients.
  • Prepare London market broking documentation, including insurance market presentations and use of Willis systems and documentation.
  • Negotiate favourable terms with insurers, either individually or in collaboration with an Account Executive.
  • Ensure client retention targets are met, and cross-sell and up-sell opportunities are fulfilled.
  • Encourage new business referrals and recommendations from existing clients.
  • Operate within business procedures and requirements, adhering to FCA operating principles and Treating Customers Fairly.
  • Manage and control workflows, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with team objectives.
  • Collaborate with our Mumbai and A&S teams to ensure timely delivery of service and settlement of accounts.
