Job Title: Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our team at WTW. As a key member of our Global Asset Protection (GAP) team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high net worth individuals and corporate clients, providing personalized insurance solutions to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage and analyze client portfolios, identifying opportunities for growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and ensure seamless execution of insurance solutions.
  • Negotiate with insurers to secure favorable terms and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Private Client sector, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services, with the ability to provide expert advice to clients.
