Account Manager Private Clients

As a key member of our Global Asset Protection team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our high net worth individual clients, including members of the Sunday Times 'Rich List' and public figures. Your expertise will be essential in analysing client needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their insurance requirements.

The Role

Reporting to the Client Account Management Leader, you will manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on retention and account development. Your primary objective will be to build strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and ensuring these are fulfilled through our class-leading service.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client insurance needs, ensuring these are met through our services.
  • Provide day-to-day client service, responding to queries and offering advice on insurance scenarios.
  • Arrange additions and deletions of cover as required by clients.
  • Prepare London market broking documentation, including insurance market presentations and the use of Willis systems and documentation.
  • Negotiate favourable terms with insurers, either independently or in collaboration with an Account Executive.
  • Ensure client retention targets are met, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Encourage new business referrals and recommendations from existing clients.
  • Operate within business procedures and requirements, adhering to FCA operating principles and Treating Customers Fairly.
  • Manage and control workflows, ensuring these are up-to-date and aligned with team objectives.
  • Collaborate with our Mumbai and A&S teams to ensure timely delivery of service and settlement of accounts.
