Job Summary:

CCFE is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Waste Monitoring Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with waste legislation and promoting a culture of safety, health, and welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance and training to employees, contractors, and tenants on waste legislation and procedures.
  • Manage and monitor waste performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain waste monitoring and reporting procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a Contract Project Manager for third-party service providers, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Represent CCFE at external events and meetings, promoting our innovative offerings and technical specialisms.
  • Provide technical leadership and support to projects, ensuring successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Educated to HNC or equivalent in a related discipline.
  • Member of the Chartered Institute of Waste Management or other relevant professional institute.
  • Demonstrable experience of project management and waste management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to constructively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
