We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in North West London. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in managing store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of sales assistants, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring they are within budget.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance store performance.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £35,625 - £43,440, plus a London allowance of £1,935.
  • A flexible 40 or 45-hour contract, with the option to work a 40-hour contract over 4 days.
  • 4 weeks annual leave, plus bank holidays, rising to 5 weeks after 2 years.
