Job Title: Assistant Store Manager
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at The Good Feet Store of Fayetteville. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team of sales associates.
About the Role:
- Managing and Coaching: Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Deputizing: Take charge of the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining high standards.
- Task Implementation: Execute daily tasks, including stock management, visual merchandising, and sales promotions, to drive business results.
- Sales Maximization: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Stock Ordering: Manage inventory levels, ensure accurate stock ordering, and maintain a well-stocked store.
