Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our administrative team at Caludon Castle School. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, pupils, and staff, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reception area, responding to inquiries and directing visitors accordingly.
- Handle phone calls, messages, and emails in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; administrative experience preferred.
