We are seeking an experienced Senior Culinary Operations Manager to join Compass UK & Ireland at a prestigious location in Duxford. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, delivering top-quality dishes and showcasing your culinary skills.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee kitchen operations to ensure seamless delivery of meals and exceptional customer experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve menu offerings, increase efficiency, and reduce waste.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence, and fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A proven track record in senior culinary management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,339 per annum, plus benefits that include:
- 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7.
