Senior Kitchen Leader Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Kitchen Leader to join our team at the prestigious Cambridge Discovery Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for directing the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods to the highest standard.
  • Plan and price menu items, order supplies, and maintain accurate records and accounts.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in hands-on cooking.
  • Chef Qualifications (Level 2 or 3) and knowledge of menu planning and production are desirable.

Salary Information:
