Sales Support Opportunity

Kandhu Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Sales Support Executive to join our team. As a Sales Support Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, sustaining relationships with key customers, and developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction with company products and services
* Sustain solid relationships with existing key customers to encourage repeat business
* Develop in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations
* Assist Key Account Managers with administrative tasks and updating the system
* Accurately record details of customers' purchase orders
* Maintain and update in-house software with customer information
* Create and present detailed sales reports to the Sales team

Requirements:

* Good telephone manners and excellent English speaker
* Chinese speaker or experience working for a Chinese company is a plus
* Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Word and general IT skills essential
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
