About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Harrods International at Heathrow Airport.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of all products within the department, and increasing sales by selecting products to meet customer requirements.

You will also be responsible for understanding and properly executing all systems and POS procedures to ensure prompt and efficient sales transactions and full compliance.

Please note that all successful applicants will need to provide satisfactory references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check to obtain an airside pass.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a background in customer service, ideally within retail, who is self-motivated to learn and develop their product and industry knowledge.

You should have a genuine interest and passion for Harrods, as well as a strong ability to work within a team and provide exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

We are a friendly team that works together and shares the pressures, but don't underestimate the challenges. Our environment is fast-paced, and you will need to be able to work morning and evening shifts as well as weekends.
