Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist to join our Frailty Team at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy.

About the Role: As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will deliver Comprehensive Geriatric Assessments (CGA) to patients presenting with frailty in key front-door areas, including the Medical/Surgical Admissions Units, Emergency Department, Rapid Triage Unit and GP Assessment.

Key Responsibilities: You will contribute to the ongoing development of the Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy role within the Frailty Team, working closely with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Practitioners, and Clinical Frailty Practitioners.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have significant inpatient experience, preferably at Band 6 level, and a strong interest in working with older adults, aligning with local and National Frailty Standards. Experience in staff supervision and management is beneficial, as you will be expected to engage in clinical audits, quality improvement, and supervise junior staff and students.
