Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Community Rehab Pathway Adult Mental Health Services. As part of our Occupational Therapy Service, the post holder will manage their own specialist caseload working in this pathway.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, with experience in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating interventions for patients with complex mental health needs. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a community mental health context.

The postholder will have line management and clinical supervision duties for other OT and OT HCSW posts, and will be expected to demonstrate a commitment to multidisciplinary team working, clinical governance, and evidence-based practice.
