Negotiate your salary as a Freelance Film Production Manager with one of the world's leading entertainment services, Netflix. As a key member of the UK Film Post Production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of post-production across a diverse slate of films.

You will require a strong background in film post-production, with experience as a Post Production Supervisor and/or Producer. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative Content, Physical Production, and VFX, to ensure that creative requirements are met with best-in-class post production. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UK post-production community and hold key relationships within it.

As a Freelance Film Production Manager, you will also be responsible for managing at the show level, working on multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for setting up key creative approval sessions, determining post vendors, and collaborating with internal teams to lock schedules. Your ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple urgent needs will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Setup of Projects:
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external production partners to set up technical frameworks for projects, ensuring compliance with Netflix standards.
  • Post Budgeting and Scheduling:
    • Analyse creative briefs and provide strategic insights on post production requirements, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and review show budgets and schedules, ensuring alignment with Netflix objectives.
  • Content Team Alignment:
    • Promote effective communication between content teams and post-production departments, facilitating collaboration and issue resolution.
    • Liaise with internal teams to coordinate key creative approval sessions, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.

Estimated Salary: £100,000 per annum, based on industry standards and experience.
